Question 2
Let A=[2−5130−4], B=[1−2−30−15] and C=[01−20−1−1]. Find 2A+3B−4C.
Solution
Given: A=[2−5130−4], B=[1−2−30−15] and C=[01−20−1−1].
Then 2A=[4−10260−8], 3B=[3−6−90−315], 4C=[04−80−4−4]. 2A+3B−4C=[4−10260−8]+[3−6−90−315]−[04−80−4−4]=[4+3−10−62−96+00−3−8+15]−[04−80−4−4]=[7−16−76−37]−[04−80−4−4]=[7−0−16−4−7+86−0−3+47+4]=[7−2016111]
